A green stay not far from Norman beaches.

In the heart of a bocage landscape typical of the region, this 18th century house, beautifully restored, is set in a magnificent greenery. Many walks nearby and close to the Normandy coast. A 4000m² enclosed private garden with an unprotected pond.

GROUND FLOOR : kitchen, living room with fireplace, shower room with toilet. 1ST FLOOR : 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 1.60 m and 2 beds 0.80 m), toilet with washbasin. Central gas heating. Sun loungers, swing. Tourist tax applies.
