Ground floor : entrance to the living room with its cozy lounge in front of the wood stove (relax sofa), the comfortable dining area and the modern and very well-equipped kitchen : superb view over the valley through a large window. A pretty bright bedroom with 160x200 double bed and walk-in closet. Very nice bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink ; the toilets are detached. A hallway with storage leads you upstairs : 2 attic bedrooms : the twin on one side with 2 single beds and the butterfly on the other, with double bed. The landing has been converted into a really nice playroom for the children. The kitchen opens onto the gabled terrace, a beautiful area for your outdoor meals, relaxation or a moment of well-being in the spa on sunny days. The garden is enclosed, spacious, again with a superb view over the Motelle valley. Cerza Zoo 28 km away and in Pont l'Eveque, 16 km, nautical base and karting.
