Virginie and Nicolas have thought of everything to make your stay here unique. The smart house, of contemporary construction, is bright and very open onto the terraces and the garden : upon entering, you will be seduced by the spacious living room with different areas then by the colorful and original bedrooms which give pride of place to children ; the idea that everyone is together but where everyone finds their favorite little area. Same idea in the beautiful landscaped garden with many nooks and crannies. On the leisure side, everything is there and for everyone : well-being with the swimming pool and spa, sport with the fitness room, table football and billiards, and lots of games : board games, cabins, toys and children's books for the interior, and for the outside, a superb playground with cabins and slides, pétanque ground, soccer goals, swing...
On one level : entrance which opens onto the spacious bright living room, opening onto the garden : superb very well equipped kitchen with island, comfortable dining area, cocoon lounge on the TV side, second lounge in a fully glazed area facing the garden and leisure area with table football and billiards (3 types of games). Fitness room : elliptical trainer, exercise bike, bench press, weight machine and sit-ups. The 4 colorful bedrooms open onto the terrace or the garden : one double, one with double bed and single bed and children's cabin, one with double bed and mezzanine bed with children's play area below, and the family one with double bed 180x200 and 2 superimposed lilies ; dressing room. Beautiful bathrooms with bath, walk-in shower and double sink, and shower room with walk-in shower and double sink. 2 detached toilets. Large enclosed landscaped garden of 3600m². Outdoor swimming pool from mid-May to the end of September, 10x5m and a really nice large covered terrace.
